Shipping Policy

We want your order to get to you as smoothly as possible. Here's what to expect from the moment you check out to the moment it lands on your doorstep — including processing time, shipping windows, and a few things outside of our control once your package hits the carrier.

Please allow 24–48 hours for payment processing once your order is placed. Payment processing time is separate from the time allotted for your order to ship and arrive.

Pre-made items are shipped within the same week your payment is processed. Made-to-Order releases — used for our most sought-after drops — can take 4 to 6 weeks to produce and ship; please check the individual product description for the expected timeline before ordering.

All orders ship via third-party carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. To ensure your order arrives on time, please double-check that your shipping address is entered correctly and includes all relevant details (apartment/unit number, etc.) before checkout.

SimpleBrand Co is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misdelivered due to an incorrect address, or otherwise misplaced by the carrier once shipped. Please note: sold-out items are not restocked.
